Undercoat:

GreenLeaders Undercoat is an acrylic binding liquid and a deep penetrating primer. The product bonds to the surfaces so that there is better adhesion. It has very good flexibility which makes it appropriate to use on most surfaces. It can be used on surfaces such as old and new concrete surfaces, slates, bricks, plaster, asbestos, roof tiles, hard board, aluminium, chip board, as well as pre painted areas. Paint can be applied over the Undercoat once it has cured to give it better adhesion.
